woke up early in the morning ytd, almost late for the flag day cos i overslept a bit. met seok peng, toon jia, jacelyn, wang juan at lavender mrt for our flag day. good thing im not the last one to reach.. haha.. my first time doing flag day. lol. nchs didn have flag day. too early for flag day i guess, there are not many ppl ard for us to ask for donations. haii. my first flag day, first rejection from donation. sad. feels bad. walked ard for quite long before we found a suitable place to position ourselves and ask for donations. got a lot of rejections, dao me, diao me, walk pass and ignore me when i ask for donations, purposely avoid me, take out their wallets and then walk away, shouted rudely that they dun want donate. however, there were some who smile and reject, and some also gave their donations..it isn very bad afterall, jus that limbs are tired from the standing and holding on to the donation tin and the pages of stickers, throat n lips gonna crack from asking for donations..my shift was from 730 to 1230, rested from 1150 to abt 1215 when we returned our tins, quite heavy, which is kinda good news for a first timer like me.. haha.. then headed to compass to meet kw n ian before heading to nchs for the ncym meeting..
went back nchs ytd. there's a catered lunch for us. haha.. good for me since i hvn eaten lunch when i meet them. couldn eat much either, my teeth have no strength to bite from the tension of the braces..met a lot of frens whom i didn see for a long long time.. chatted abt jc life, how much tutorials we have that we're unable to complete, ccas, blah blah blah... took O lvl cert too, like kinda took it conveniently since im there..lol. talked to some teachers, gave us some advice. took photos of cos! haa(: since it's gonna be like an organisation, we've got to have key personels for the grp. by popular demand, ian was made the president..jianyu, the vp. yufang, the secretary. kw, PR, for some blog stuff.. haha..among the 4 of us, only im not in the key personels.haha.. guess i wouldn have time for it, since im joining SC in aj. left nch after the meeting and some photos.. headed for compass again, but with diff grp of ppl-melissa, astrid, yf. waited for 372, quite a long wait. met manting. talk talk. took photos(again) haha.. girls like to take photos. take photos again on the bus. haa(: walked ard compass a while then headed back amk with astrid. haha(: chatted on the way, with the spoiled air con, so warm in the bus..
met ko for dinner. ps my dad cos he say he's going out, but in the end, he didn. lol. took us like more than half an hour to eat. he can bite cant chew, i can chew cant bite.. lol. helped him with his chi, realised that my chi is deteriorating.. bad bad. too long nvr come in contact with chi words i guess.. haha.. then went kino see books then headed home. both of us were like sianed. cant eat properly, tutorials like never ending..haiis. chatted on the way home, dad saw us. remind me to do this and that when i get home, like im a kid. lol.
when i reach home, i rmb that i was supposed to meet yf online for my photos. went online, she's already offline. feel bad abt it. but got the photos today..haha(: anyway, had a nice time with all my frens ytd!

quite a while i didn post anything..done quite a lot of stuff recently. had polling(voting) for council nominees(that's what i'm now), which i had to prepare a short speech for Q&A session that day before, but then on that day itself, it became an impromptu one, which i dunno why. stayed back in sch for almost the whole week last week to do the AJ Idol boxes and some campaigning stuff. stayed till 7+ for a few days, but couldn finish the boxes before the march hols, so went back to do today, and yippy! it is finally done! whoo hoo! benson called jia lin and gave her a scare, telling her that we couldn complete the boxes and there were a lot more things that was supposed to do, then smsed her to tell her that we actually completed. so bad right? anyway, she really got a shock and said, "is this an april fool joke?" but anyway, finally we completed all the 21boxes! the seniors were saying that our 'mission' is the longest one among all the MGs. well, i suppose so.
went dental this morning. was a late by 8minutes. went in for abt an hour, check my teeth, adjust the wires and some teaching from the senior doc to some resident dentists that were there, which i dun understand.lol. changed colour of my 'rubber bands' tored.haha..red red red! then went to eat brunch with dad before heading to sku to meet up with benson n sylvia to complete the boxes. (the post is not organised in chronological order.lol.)
supposed to meet up with olivia, eileen, jeston & seok peng to discuss bio proj stuff, but since my dental has already clashed into the meeting time and to sku to complete those 21 boxes, so i missed it. jus know that they've done the outline of it. sad & sorry people that i couldn be involved in the discussion today.
met mr ang, PD cum bio tutor while on my way to sch. haha.. gave him my letter for my next appt cos i may miss part of lesson. well, given a choice, i wouldn want my dental to affect my curriculum time as well..but all the slots of my dentist are full except for 2 slots, which are like 15-30 min diff, so jus take one of them lo. no choice. too bad so sad. -.-''
hvn really touched on my assignments for the hols. feel very lethargic to do them. haiis. have to do even i dun feel like doing them. jiayou regina! thinking whether to join cheerleading or not...anyone from cheetah joining?

life is full of ups n downs, dont u agree?? well, i totally agree with it. this week hasn been a smooth week for me. campaigning proposal, mission proposal hadn been smooth for my cg n mg. that's sad. everybody has so much committments in their cca. very difficult to contact each other despite the advance in technology of internet and handphones.. haiis. this is so saddening. communication breakdown. cnt meet up as a whole mg for the discussion of proposal, cg as well. why? proposal rejected. campaigning proposal was super late. mentor was super angry. cnt blame her. since we are the ones that didn communicate well as a cg to complete our tasks. sorry pearlyn. i knew of some conflicts/misunderstanding for the task. shall not mention here, since it is not gonna help in anything. other nominees have already put up their posters for campaigning, left us. we do not have much time and space for our campaign posters. haiis. why is this happening? why cant everybody be punctual everytime? i dunno the answer.
worse thing, i got sick this week. doc says it is some flu virus infection to my throat. now cannot talk with proper voice. only can make some sounds out of it. sad. hope it doesn affect my pw oral presentation coming tues. *pray hard* aren't i in a bad situation now?
thank you jia lin for ur hard work for doing a another proposal since aarthi didn successfully upload it on ivle. n also sorry jia lin that i didn help u on the proposal.
